In 2024, FIT4Africa launched a financial literacy program targeting small-scale entrepreneurs in rural communities across Nigeria. One of the program's beneficiaries, Amina Yusuf, a local trader in Kaduna, had struggled with managing her business finances. After attending our workshops and receiving one-on-one mentorship, Amina was able to develop better financial management skills, access micro-loans, and scale her business. Today, she successfully operates two retail shops and employs five people in her community.

FIT4Africa partnered with a key financial regulator to provide digital financial inclusion solutions to underserved communities. Over 100 unbanked individuals across Nigeria gained access to mobile banking services through our initiative, enabling them to save securely, access credit, and grow their businesses. One of the program’s beneficiaries, Samuel Owusu, shared how this opportunity helped him transition from cash-based transactions to digital payments, improving both security and efficiency in his trade.
